Detailed description:
This tool uses Next Generation Illumina MiSeq sequencing technology for the characterization of soil microbiome, after DNA isolation on ArrudaLab (Food4Sustainability). Then, data is analysed, using specific software and artificial intelligence tools, to provide information about microorganisms involved in macro and micronutrients cycles, biocontrol, plant growth, and tolerance to stress, ultimately creating alerts/recommendations to help farmers in decision-making regarding their practices.
